Hey,
So I want to offer local delivery. I have set it up as per the instructions offered but had a person well within my radius place an online order and they paid shipping. I recreated the order and I couldn't see the delivery option.
1. What do I need to fix
2. Can I process a partial refund for the shipping?

Sorry to hear you're running into this, can you follow the steps fromt this article Square Online Store - Turn on Local Delivery, this should get you set up. Let me know if not.
And yes you can partially refund this customer:
Square Dashboard > Transactions > Select order > 3 dots on top right > Issue refund > Refund amount.

Hey,
I have followed that one. The item is set up to allow delivery as well, but it isn't coming up as an option at checkout.
Is there anyway someone can check into it for me? In case I've missed something I can't see?
