how to remove items from library availability but keep history

When I create a invoice items no longer in use populate how can we remove those from popping up yet maintain history....

Hey there, @Vincenzo1 - 

Welcome to the Community! 

I would recommend go to edit the item and remove all of the locations. That would allow it to stay in your Item Library with it's history without deleting it. Also, it won't show up on when you're creating invoices.
