Automatically Generate Open Tickets

Anyone know how to automatically generate a new open ticket after one has been closed? 

I work with open tickets all day long, and it gets annoying opening new tickets manually every time.

To be sure I'm on the same page, can you reply with a bit more information on what needs to happen, or what your ideal setup would look like? At this time, open tickets can only be created manually.
