SMS notifications on KDS complete

Hi,

Would like SMS messages to send once all KDS stations complete their orders as an automatic send.

Order would then show on Expo as complete. 

Current process of sending on Expo complete removes the order from the expo screen and requires manual intervention.

Just confirming that you'd like an SMS to send to your customer upon completing the order at all stations? And do you currently integrate with a third-party ordering platform?

Hi Laurie,

Yes, correct.

If you have 3 prep stations, once all 3 have completed all of their items, the SMS would send automatically without having to complete the order on the Expo screen.

It cuts down on the amount of interactions required with screens, and also means that if someone forgets to complete the order on the Expo, the customer still gets a text message.
