On your dashboard on a desktop if you select "Customers" if you select a client it doesn't provide you there appointments scheduled only there personal information, you have to litrially locate the client in your appointment calendar then click on that for it to then show you the appointments however it does work on a Mobile device via there App which is stupid as most operators use a desktop in there workplace to access this information - Not a Mobile device
