Invoices section and app not working in my location

We use Square POS -on an iPad

And run Square Dashboard (admin) from a MacBook Air using Google Chrome.

 

We cannot seem to complete the invoices setup in setup guide - every time we click on "continue" on view invoice settings - it remains on the same page - neither is the invoices option showing on any of our screens.

 

We tried downloading the Invoices App for Square - it has synced our account - however nothing happens when we click create invoice, or any of the options. 

 

 

Are we doing something wrong ? Please help. As we do have an online version of our store and the double entry due to square invoices not working is causing alot of errors.

Hey there @LTC1 -

 

If you're not in the US, then Invoices would not be available to to you just yet. We are working at expanding to more international markets in the future.
