Square KDS not working

Hi, I just set up my KDS device on an iPad ios 14 and updated the ios and the all devices. Also set up the new device on my square for restaurant plus, from the KDS settings feature. I follow step by step process to set everything up,  and there's no communication between my devices. I have a square register for restaurants, and an ipad POS square for restaurants. Non of them are communicating with Square KDS on the new device I set up with the KDS app.  I contacted support. They said the new release of the KDS app should fix the problem but still doesn't work. Anyone has this problem, or can help?
