Is there a way for returning customers to sign in or sign up ahead of time so that I have a record of them in my account and their shopping history? I manage a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program and am looking for the best way to manage a seasonal set of returning customers
You can enter the customer information during the first sale and then look it up for each additional sale after that. Check out email collection this will get you there name and email address. You will have to fill in the rest during the sale. If you have a database of some of your clients you can also import that into customer directory.
