Great question—I just touched base with our Online Store Team and asked for an update. This is a request that the Weebly folks have been tracking as well, but there isn't a specific timeline that we can share out for when it may become available. We are continuing to fortify our feature set with this partnership and we'll announce any developments related to this topic as soon as they come through.

Thanks for following up about this, @SoulCab. Square Online Store websites and Weebly sites that are built with the newer website editor can enable tipping for pickup and delivery orders. To do that, go to Settings > Pickup and Delivery and click on the Advanced Settings button.You'll see an option there to enable order tipping.
