Can I receive emails when people order instead of having transactions?

I want to have a website where I can receive emails when people order. I do not want them paying online, I can get the payments myself.

You do get an email notification when customers order from your Online Store. But I'm confused about the second part of your question- you don't want them paying online? So you just want them to place the order but pay in person?

If I'm understanding that correctly, we don't have a way to implement this. Online Store orders have to have purchases made in order for you to receive notifications.
