For online store can the 2.9% + 30 cent per transaction be lowered?

I am starting a fundraising business is there any way for the 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction to be lowered by square in any way or is it not? I tried contacting square through phone but I was having a hard time acquiring the customer code.  Thank you!
