How do I fix a "connection failed" error when I try to sync my items to my Facebook shop?

Hi! 

 

I am really struggling with the facebook sync feature. My Instagram is already set up to shop from facebook but I can't sync to square. See attached image. Screen Shot 2020-11-23 at 10.52.05 AM.png

Welcome to Seller Community, @hancurran.

 

Can you log out of Facebook and Square, clear your browser cache and cookies for both, then log back into Square and Facebook and try again?

For some reason, my Facebook page is no longer connected. When i go to reconnect it, i get this error "Page is associated with a Commerce Account that sells onsite. This partner does not currently support Onsite Checkout.". Can someone please explain? TIA
