I still cant get a code to talk to a customer service rep. I've done all it says to do. I have an account. If it takes a code to call every time. This may be a headache and I may not be interested....I

Sorry you're having such a hard time contacting us. Your customer code will always be the same code when you need to call so once you generate it once, you'll have it for good. 

Follow this link: squ.re/contact and go through the flow of trying to find your issue. If you click > I Don't See My Issue, it will give you an option to call our Customer Success team as long as you're logged in
