Integrating Printful and Square

Hello, I just transferred to Square from Etsy and I'm having some difficulty syncing Printful with Square properly. I have the Printful app in Square and Printful is synced on their end. When I watched the video and attempted to follow the steps I noticed I received different prompts than the ones shown in the Printful how-to video. 

So now I have no idea how to sync the Square fulfillment with Printful. The account is already made and I don't want to have to delete it to set up a new one in an attempt to fix it. If anyone has any insight on this matter that would be great. I will also be contacting support.

Hello @CPWares I would like to take a closer look at your situation. Would you mind sharing a more detailed example and maybe a screenshot of what you're going through? Once you do that I plan to have it escalated internally for our team to make sure everything is working as expected.
