Loyalty Program get 10, 11th one item free? how

Hi, I want to give a free item to my customers who visited and made purchases 10 times.

So for instance- Come 10 times and 11th is free one item (any item)

I couldn't set it up and not sure how it works. can you Help?

Have you tried setting the lowest amount you are willing to reward, and when they come to redeem their reward, you have it set to the highest amount they can spend?  The square loyalty program at our church is the same.  Buy 10 items (above a certain price) and get $5 off of your next order.

Which part of it are you struggling with? The qualifications to get a Star or the Rewards?

You can set the Stars to accumulate by Visit, by Item, or by Category (this essentailly means by Item in the Categories you choose) - whichever you prefer.

To get it to be any item for free, it might be easier to set it to a Free Category if you have fewer categories than Items.
