Reoccurring attendees end each week

I set up a class to reoccur each week for 6 weeks. I then assign 4 students to the class. But at the beginning of the next week they no longer show as scheduled for that class. I must start over. What am I doing wrong?

Once a class has been scheduled, customers can schedule the class online or manually be added to the class. 

Although you can set a recurring class, customers will not be scheduled for every class and can schedule the class via your booking site or be added by you. Simply select an existing class from your calendar and click Add Attendee.
