We recently had Square Professional Services contracted through our account executive. They were supposed to import gift cards, past appointments, and future appointments that were exported into CSV format from our pervious platform. We paid for this service and the past appointments were never imported, current appointments were imported with categories messed up, and the gift card import does not work. Our account executive has not been in touch with us to correct this. What is the best way to proceed with this?
