how to remove staff names from calendar?

opening a day spa completely new to square. when i am looking at my appointment calendar, how do i remove some of the staff names? i need to book appointments for hair stylist, massage therapist, and skin care. but also its showing my receptionists names on the calendar and it just looks cluttered and i cant figure out how to remove them.

I'd be happy to help out, but I want to make sure I have a firm grasp on what you're looking for. 

For starters are you looking at the calendar on your Square Dashboard? On the dashboard you can click the side-by-side drop down menu to remove staff members from the calendar.

There is no delete for staff member off of calendar  Ive deactivated but I dont want to see on the clanedar  I went to calendar-staff- name- show the same options.  No delete.
