15 minute buffer

There's a 15 minute buffer between all appts that clients book online. How do I get rid of that?? I want clients to be able to book back to back.

Welcome to our Community! It sounds like you have processing time enabled. You can edit this via the steps in this guide. You're able to adjust the processing time to account for any time you need to travel to and from appointments, for example. You might also want to check your Square Appointments settings here and scroll to the Online Scheduling section where you can specify in which intervals appointments can be booked:

I had it set up so that appts could only be booked on the half hour, instead of by the duration of the service. Thank you so much for the link to what I needed! 👍

It's sounds like you got the answer you needed! I also wanted to add that you should make sure you don't have "block additional time" selected under each service.

Echoing these replies + turn off the "processing time" as well so there is no buffer on services
