I just noticed an issue with online booking

We are an HVAC Company and schedule appointment with arrival times. Ex: Scheduled to arrive between 1-4pm. 

If a particular service for example is scheduled 1.5hr from 12-1:3O but I have extra time blocked off (30mins) square appointments doesn't recognize the extra time blocked off and gives the client a 1:30 next appt.  If seems the appointments for online scheduling should recognize the blocked off time frame.

In addition we really need to be able to schedule time frames rather than a specific time and me having to put in appointment notes from arrival 12-3pm.  

 

Does anyone have an answer or found a way around this?
