At my business Josh & Jason schedule pet grooming appointments for Anna & Ashely to perform. The Josh & Jason don't really need their own calendars, as they do not perform any services, however, Square requires them to have their own calendars so that they can manage Anna & Ashley's calendars.
Is there a way to allow Josh & Jason to manage Anna & Ashley's calendars without having their own calendars, or is there a way to lock Josh & Jason's calendars so that nothing gets accidentally scheduled on their calendars?
