When a staff member creates an appointment after logging in as themselves using their pin # the appointment in the calendar does not show that the appointment was created by them, it says the owner created the appointment. 100% reproducible. No work-around.

Hi @PalmBeachHair - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community. Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with Square Appointments.
On the shared device, are you logged into Square with the account owner's email address? This may be why the appointment creation is being attributed to the owner instead of the individual using their personal passcode.
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Yes. There are multiple employees that use the device. Are you saying that it attribute the appointment creation to someone else (even though they are logged in with a pin as them) would have to log out the shared device and log back with their email?
I would suggest that the user name is attributed to the user that is using the pin login and not the email login
