Recurring class

I need to set up several recurring weekly classes, with the same instructor each week and with up to 4 participants that clients can book/cancel online.  I do not want them to choose an available time slot or choose the instructor as these are recurring each week.  If the client books the class, can Square Appointments track the # of their visits and deduct from a package purchased?
