I have an invoice that was outstanding - so I added a late fee. After speaking with the client, I waived the late fee. I entered her payment made and now there's an outstanding balance (the late fee). I tried updating the invoice, but it says the invoice has to be at least $1 more than the amount paid. Which would make it untrue since my services weren't more. How can I zero out the invoice? Square won't let me remove the late fee.
