how to make invoice on dashboard show as open ticket at the pos dock

I'm running meat cutting business want to make invoices to email to customers but then want them to show on my point-of-sale dock so staff can receive payment and know the correct

Hi @Hummelmeats - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. The Open Tickets feature is for creating a ticket to save an order on the Point of Sale before receiving payment. However, you could still access the Invoices you've created from your Point of Sale to review the items that are needed to complete the order and you would also be able to record payments toward the Invoice.
