It depends on what you are wanting. Yes, you can add locations, are you wanting to sell different items with your second online store?
We are working on our "reseller" site, it will be on a different domain. We will have a sub-domain linked to a page to our Square Online store, this page is not available (no links are visible on our current square online store) Yet, we can add items we created within our store and put under a different category so when a customer signs up it will all be under our main Square Account.
So there are some flexibility there, just have to play around and see what will work and wont. Feel free to PM us if we can be of help.
