Allow Appointment Search for All Available Staff?

I just got our online booking site ready to go and then I discovered an issue. With our previous booking software, a client could select 'any available stylist' and it would bring up everyone available for a given service (no matter the price aka 'level' of the service provider). Square makes you select the Level first and its easy to miss, defaulting to the lowest level. This makes the whole setup a little clunky and ultimately negatively impacts our higher level stylists, and therefore cashflow.

Is there an easy fix that I am missing to allow clients to see all available levels of stylists for a given service, or is this just something that isn't an option?
