App not updating online order status when completed

Post COVID, I rarely use the Square app on my phone, having moved almost entirely to online sales. That said, it is really handy for updating order status. I'm finding that while the app updates that I have an order, it does not update that the order is complete. It currently shows 11 active orders, some from as far back as January, when in reality it's more like 4. I've marked them as complete from my computer. When I do try and go in and update from the app, it says "Updated on another Device. Order was updated on another device. OK." But if it knows this, why is it still showing on the app? Please fix this.

Hi @jkleffner Thanks for posting! 

 

I have not heard of this happening before. The first thing I suggest trying is to uninstall/remove the app from your device, then reinstall. After logging in, the device should re-sync and update the information for the orders.
