My malware protection software, Avast, was blocking click.promote.weebly.com as a phishing attempt. I didn't change anything, and this morning it is allowing those links. Either Avast cleared that site as an allowed site, or weebly cleared up some compromise on their site. Either way, it's working now. Thanks.
