Check out showing as Not Available or NaN on our items for 3 months now.

Please help me fix this problem. Our items are saved as "visible." I am unsure as to why this is happening.

Hi Larryjohnson,

 

Do you have more than one location setup ?    Just guessing here as the Community is not Tech Support or Customer Support but, Square Online doesn't sync item stock from mobile locations, so items only available at a mobile location will be marked as Unavailable in Square Online. To resolve: From your Account & Settings page, go to Business information > Locations.  Select your mobile location and change the Location Type to Physical Location.   Perhaps others here some thoughts.

I had this problem when the  return address was a P.O. Box - has to be a real address:  made myself this Norte:   If not available $NaN shows up go to
Home -> eCommerce -> Online -> Mail order store -> Fulfillment -> Shipping

Re-enter and save shipping address
