Feature Request: Sorting and Filters for orders in the Square POS app

All of our clients, without exception have asked to sort by pickup time on the Square app on devices and Weebly orders. 

Restaurants that are accepting pre orders are having a very difficult time knowing which orders to prepare first. 

All of our clients, without exception, have asked for a download reporting that shows full item detail information and not blank portions on reporting from the downloaded excel/csv files. 

creating pivot tables from the data provided does not allow for inventory tracking or sales of specific items on the downloaded reports. All items are clumped under one order in a tier, father than being displayed with order number information on each line.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

We're working on developing more sorting, and filtering features when viewing online orders in the Square app. We understand that this is a limitation that many sellers are being frustrated by when receiving multiple orders, with multiple different fulfillment types. I will let you know when we have an update on this feature. Any insight on how this feature request impacts your business is very helpful, so we appreciate you taking the time to post.

Since using the online store that square provides, we have begun to realize that the orders we get can't be categorized by the day they are due. They can only be categorized by the day the order was placed. This makes it extremely difficult to make fresh food and baked goods for the day on which the orders are due. It also makes us use a lot of labor hours trying to gather the needed information for that day. Also, can the item sales category have the same feature? Like can items ordered be categorized based on the day the order is due?

Are there any improvements being worked on for data management? For example...

1.  Filtering and Sorting Orders - basic stuff like A to Z on the column headers, selecting multiple orders at a time to print, etc

2. Item Library - basic stuff like A to Z on the column headers, showing SKU/part numbers, etc

3. Invoices - basic stuff like A to Z on the column headers, selecting multiple invoices at a time to archive or to print, etc
