We teach classes and so we do not have a "product" for people to pickup, to ship, nor to deliver. But our clients pay for instruction and are constantly confused by the unnecessary and irritating, "pickup/delivery notification" they automatically receive.
Sadly, it is nearly impossible to get customer service from companies these days and Square is no exception. Very frustrated and exploring better platforms - open to suggestions!

You can turn off pickup in your settings so your customers aren't shown any kind of fulfillment choices during checkout. It should also remove that information from the order confirmation email. It looks like you have pickup enabled right now in Settings > Pickup & Delivery.
