Items updated in Square inventory as unavailable, but they are still showing on website

I updated some items in my Square inventory yesterday, but they are still showing in my website available for purchase. How can I fix that?

We've been having the exact same problem for 3 days now and are losing business because of it. I cannot get through to Customer Support either.
