Hi Psyren99,

Your concern is not uncommon - having an online shop is just the beginning - it does not mean sales.   One has to get their name out there for all to see.   The more Social Media you do the better and you need to target who you hope to sell to.  Take advantage of X (Twitter), Facebook, Pinterest, Yelp, Flickr, etc.   Good photos help sell as well as product videos - YouTube and Vimeo are great for promotion videos.  Depending on what you're selling, cross selling is another option - Etsy and/or Ebay.   Also think blogging - are you an expert in your field - let people know.  And don't just think online - there's local Markets and outdoor events or even using your local paper.   You need to be able to drive business to your site from any angle you can think of.   Most of these suggestions cost very little except for your time - local Markets and outdoor events do cost but, you get exposure to lots of people at once.   Just some thoughts - the more links you can get back to your website, the better - else no one knows you there.
