Ok thanks, but the email I got is from a no reply address and I'm shocked I wasn't even given 48 hours to submit my business documents. I've sent emails thru the contact form but not getting any replies. I posted here because they deactivated my account but I have an EIN from the IRS and I'm legitimate, so I need to speak to someone and I can't get a customer number to even get into the phone system to speak with an agent. Please furnish a resolution .
