Online store SSL error

Hi Square Community,

I've recently changed my online store's domain name from pugetsoundmarket.com to the subdomain v1.pugetsoundmarket.com. It's been over a week and the SSL certificate still hasn't been installed properly, so visitors are seeing the "Your connection is not private" error when they try to access the site via Chrome. Since the SSL certificate is not installed automatically, I believe someone from Square/Weebly will need to so manually. Maybe the forum moderators would be able to help troubleshoot? Otherwise, how can I get in touch with Square Support for assistance?

I would try un-publishing the site with the option in Website > General Settings, then open the site in the website editor again and publish. After doing that, I would give it a few minutes or so and it should work.
