Scheduling rotating menus

I would love it if I could schedule a rotating menu for my Square online store. We do a weekly menu and advertise it to our Farmer's Market customers. I would love it if I could schedule my weekly menu to be available only from Saturday-Friday, then rotate to my next scheduled menu. 

Additionally, since I produce products on demand operating out of my home, I'd love to override the "inventory" for my online store.

Time-based categories is something that Square just recently launched!

Check out this help article for how to set up the online store categories!

As for the inventory control, this should be something that you can disable within Square itself. I don't use inventory though, so I can't be much help here.

This was an interesting and helpful read, but doesn't do what I hoped it would. Let me clarify: I don't want days/times menu rotations, but Dates

For example, this week I'm offering banana nut, blueberry, and zucchini, but on Saturday I'd like my next week's online offerings to appear as banana, chocolate, and cinnamon, then the following Saturday the next..... Does that help?
