Single Website Multiple Locations

I currently have three physical shop locations and a separate website for each of those.  One is a gift shop, one is a baby/toddler shop and the last is a home decor shop.  All are running off the same inventory listing in square and we track inventory as each shop carries items unique to that shop.

Id like only have one website that includes the items from all locations and allow for pickup or shipping.

Is this possible and if so is there some documentation that I can be pointed to in order to put this in place?
