Why isn’t automatic gratuity not included in “tips” report?

Anyone having issues of not being able to to automatic gratuity shown in the tip reports?

@thaithaibishop Automatic gratuities are actually not gratuities or tips.  They are considered "service charges" by the IRS and treated as such.  Once the "tip" is required or automatic, then it is no longer considered a tip and it actually would be incorrect to include it in a tip report.  It would be convenient if you choose to give it to the staff as a tip/incentive, but that is the business owner choice, unlike tips are property of the employees and not the business.
