when setting up our device the email was set up wrong how do i move it to the correct account,?

Mu husband set up the device with an incorrect email spelling error. How do i move the incorrect account to the correct account?

Hi Timelesscandles,

 

I believe you may want to contact Customer Support for assistance.  They should be able to help.  Unfortunately, the volunteer Community members don't have the ability to access user accounts.
