Employee Raise History

I would like to see the hourly rate an employee was hired in at and any subsequent raises - dates and new amounts. Is there a report that can show me this information (easily)?

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a report to see when they received a raise. I have a spreadsheet for all of my employees so I can easily see it. I also include their hire date and their review date(s). It would be a great feature for payroll to add!
