I signed up for the 30 day trial for email campaign and sent out Wednesday with a $5 off any of my t-shirts. The code is Gobbleup. I received an email notification myself and tested it. When you click ONLINE from the email, it does take you to my website and I see the notification on my website that "The code GOBBLEUP was applied to your order". However, when you place an order the discount does NOT come up, even when you type in 'gobbleup' as a coupon or code at check out. What am I missing?

Did you create the Coupon Code individually before adding/using with the Marketing email?

the only other thing too is to make sure all caps isn't affecting things. in the email they have GOBBLEUP but they're typing in gobbleup. It shouldn't matter but it could. something else to check.
