Fresh KDS: Who took the order?????

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Who took the order?????


HI!  We used to have kds 1.0 and it was good.. not perfect but good. Now we have 2.0 and is not good.

 

We have 12 servers taking orders, once the order was complete the name of the server it was attach with the ticket .  Now if the server takes a order the name wont display on the new KDS 2.0... So now we need to ask all 12 servers who took this order..

please help???

 

Void tickets... before you can have a void and the ticket was gone.. now with kds 2.0 the tickets re-appears on the screen. So cooks when they are very busy they re make the order again...

one of the issues with using Fresh KDS is it is a third party software so you will probably want to address these questions to them as Square doesn't maintain or bug fix Fresh KDS.

 

also, make sure you are running the latest release also as it says they are at 2.3.0 as of a couple days ago.

Almost impossible to get a human or make contact.  Very frustrating!   And when/if you do, they say they'll pass the info along to another department.  There is NO support!
