Why do I get kicked out of a check when I print an itemized receipt?

Only recently has this been an issue. When we are on the screen for a guest's tab and we click "Print Bill" to print them a physical copy of an itemized receipt, Square for Restaurants then closes the tab and we are brought back to a new order instead of it staying on the check we were printing the receipt for, causing us to have to reopen the check.

 

This is an unnecessary step and should either have an option to have it stay on the check that was just printed OR just not kick you out of the check as you can do that manually with the Save button.

 

Please advise, would really like to fix this issue as this was not a thing before the latest update. Thank you.

@jeffw5 Can you confirm if your app is up to date? It may be a small update that's needed to fix this!
