Before the update

Before the update when checking a customer out, Square would prompt you to enter their name or a number. It would then print that out. That option is now missing. Any help you be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community. 

 

Were you add the customer to your Directory? Check your Settings in your Point of Sale app under Customer Management. 

 

If it's something different, please let me know and I will dig into it.
