Is there any way to customize the hours under "schedule for later" upon check out?

We are a small bakery that would like to schedule "Delivery Hours" and "Pick Up Hours" but the "schedule for later" function on check out only has ALL of our operations hours. 

Is there a workaround for this?

Welcome to the Community!

For the operating hours, you do have the option to separate pickup & delivery. It allows you both aspects to continue to be used during the time you pick.
