Is there a way to reduce the Lines Per Inch (LPI) and/or Characters Per Inch (CPI) on the SP700 Kitchen Printer? A 6 top ticket is way too long.

That's a great question, but I don't have an answer for you. There's no way to adjust the LPI or CPI from the Point of Sale app, but maybe Star Micronics Support Team can help with this.
