Anyone else having trouble ordering plastic gift cards?

I'm trying to purchase custom plastic gift cards. I've entered my logo/artwork, and filled out the remainder of the info. But when I click on the Submit Order Details button, there's no response. It doesn't seem to want to register my order. Help?

@Gourmage - could be a browser issue. Which one are you using? Our site works best with Google Chrome.

I am having trouble, I am using Chrome, I even checked for blocked pop-up's. I have rebooted.

I have tried 10 times and it just takes me to the egift card site to an empty cart,  and I never get to the payment part.

Sorry to hear about the hassle with your gift card orders. If you haven't already, please try clearing your cache:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

If you have access to another browser, or device, please try using this too. Please let us know how you go!
