Items sold are not updating inventory counts

I have used Square for mobile sales for a long time and never had trouble with inventory counts being adjusted when purchases were made. I use Inventory Tracking for nearly all items.

I set up a Square Online site and had my first sale, but the stock counts are not changed. Is there a setting I need to change to have these purchases adjust my inventory?

HI, in the online store to track inventory the radio button does need to be turned on and stock amount added.  If not turned on the system acts as if there is unlimited inventory.
