Sometimes my cost of goods sold on certain items doesn't work even though I inputted it correctly. For example, I put what it costs us, the stock and everything, and square recognizes is it and shows me that exactly in my items report. But when I sell it, it does not go into the cogs report. The cost of goods sold for that item is just blank even though it shouldn't be. It only happens for some items too. Some work others don't. I am paying $60 a month for square retail so I need it to work 100% of the time.
